Tower Reformer

The tower reformer serves as the primary workhorse in our studio. Its structure closely resembles that of the Cadillac reformer, with the notable difference being that the tower reformer does not have the frame surrounding it which offers a different experience and range of exercises.

3X Ladder Barrel

Ladder barrel is used for various stretching, strengthening, and flexibility movements. The rounded surface allows for a range of exercises that focus on improving posture, core strength, and overall body flexibility.

3X Chair

Chair which is a multifunctional equipment that engages several groups of muscles strengthens upper and lower body muscle groups, improves body condition and contributes to development of balance.

11X Trampoline

Adding a trampoline to our classes not only infuses an element of fun but also amps up the calorie burn. Bouncing on the trampoline engages multiple muscle groups, making our sessions dynamic and effective for fat loss. 

In the studio, you’ll find a variety of Pilates equipment at your disposal, including Pilates circles, dumbbells, and various other specialized apparatus. These tools are designed to enhance your workout experience, providing options for targeted strength training, flexibility, and overall body conditioning.
